Hiya,

here is a picture of one of the cue's id like to own.

might make it a 1 of 2 , and have the other use the exact same thing but in a more red'ish color instead of blue. maybe use instead of turquoise, some red amboya burl.

what do you think of the design?

(ps i dont think ill ever sell this cue, i want to make this cue to play with it, so i dont care my name is on the butt :p just want to be sure, that ill never loose it. it would be my first custom, and well... u never sell your first custom cue :) might replace it with a sterling silver outlined gecko filled with turqouise or amboya birl in the second version, because ive got gecko's all over the place. tatoo's, in my house, ive got gecko pendants hanging on my case... its just my trademark logo.

4 points, might make it 3high 3low, white, licht blue, dark blue, rings with turqouise outlined with silver. smooth leather wrap.

ps i supose the cue being ebony, they will have to core the cue. will this influence the hit of the cue alot? will this help the cuemaker to make the cue slightly forward balanced then most cue's?

who could u suggest to do the job? (turqouise gecko outlined with silver) in the buttpart

i call it the eclipse :) (because im a night type of person... i wake up at 5pm and go sleep at 7am) and the colour combo make the points look like an eclipse. my favorit colours are black and blue... DUUUH

Suggestion - you may want to change the turquoise to lapis. After living in Arizona (where most of the turquoise is mined you get a real feeling for the different colors of the stone - - the real navajo or hopi or zuni jewelry is beautiful - the fake stuff doesn't hold a candle to the real stuff). The real turquoise stone runs from a dark green to a light blue - what most cuemakers use seems to have a bright blue color that may not match the light blue or the dark blue of your veneers. Lapis is a dark blue.
