do u guys think i will get more participation if i sell it in package or individual?

i tried selling them, no outcome. so i resorted to raffle. wanted to raffle as a package, but until now, only 6 participant. i hope for more participation. maybe single raffle will be better? need advice.. im new to raffle-ing.

Put them in single raffles and see what happens, would be my suggestion
