I've got a Russ Espiritu Cue that needs a new home.
1. Russ Espiritu.
Signed and dated: 1996
Four point Padauk into BEM.
Padauk butt with BEM inlays.
5/16x14 Piloted stainless steel joint.
Silver surrounded by light brown/amber linen phenolic rings A - E.
Black w/ walnut spec. linen wrap.
Length 58"
Butt 15.3 oz.
19 3/4" balance point.
Shaft 4.2oz.
12.7mm.
Sniper Tip.
Refinished just over a year ago.
Full disclosure: Cue rolls straight together and apart, but there is a little bit of lift in the butt at the butt sleeve. It doesn't wobble or hop.
I've played a few more hours with this cue since it's original posting. The cue has picked up a scratch on the clear coat near the base of the shaft. Just under a 1 1/2" long. Typical of catching a cast pocket molding. Lastly the finish at the very bottom of the collar on the shaft has lifted in a few places from play and tightening. You couldn't see it unless you were looking for it up close.
Sold
I'll deal the Anwar LD shaft into the cue for $75.
Cheers.
Eric
