Pal Pal rip off question

Seen lately where several have been ripped off in transaction using Pal Pal. As I have no pay Pal account I want to know when you are having a problem with a seller, why not just go to you credit card company and let them handle the dispute? Seems like dealing with Pay Pal is a big hassle.

Because a lot of people fund their paypal account directly from their bank account. In these situations, PayPal has no reason to care much about your dispute.

I highly suggest funding paypal transactions with your credit card so that you can dispute through the credit company, who will reverse the transaction, which gives paypal incentive to resolve the matter.
