Palmer - Catalog 3, Model 13

Just picked this cue up from a local dealer.
This is my first Palmer, fell in love with the hit and the history.
Haven't seen too many of these with the blue trim rings, thought I would share..

Thanks for looking, would be interested in any info or history about this cue.
I could have sworn I saw it somewhere on the forum before a few years ago, It would be interesting to know how it made it's way down to Baton Rouge.
