Palmer Custom

The pics were ok..

Its a mix between a Palmer #3 first catalog and the "I" of the second catalog.

Sorry just now i think i moved the pics ard my comp so the pic didnt show.. Yeah i couldnt find it in Chris 's Site... any history would be nice..

IMHO- The butt cap is not original. Even if this is a second year cue, which the pin reminds me of, as does the thicker joint, they still used that brittle plastic for butt caps. On that cue, its likely not to have had a bumper, so a good shot on the floor it probably busted. One shaft looks original, one doesn't.

Its a nice cue.. the titlist looks ebony, is it? If it is.. bonus.

I'm no where near the level as you are with collecting cues, but I can see why you feel that the buttcap on this cue isn't original. It looks to "new" if you will compared the other parts of the cues, especially against the rings on the shafts.
