Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum. I'm an APA 7 in 8 ball. In a recent league match a month ago someone brought in an original Palmer. I knew of Palmer's because my eldest brother was a serious player in the late 60's/70's and he had a Palmer. The guy had bought it from a family friend who had Cancer. Apparently it was the cue of the friend's father who passed away years ago. When he got the cue stick it was brand new with both shafts still in the original plastic wraps. It had been in the it's original Kolpin case in the closet for many many years. When I got home that night I did some quick research, it was a model J. I had some extra cash at the time so the following day I contacted the guy and bought it from him. He had used the stick a few times. Everything is original (tips/ferrule). I never used the stick. It's in perfect condition. Now a month later, a few minor operations, missing work, car problems... My wife would be happy if I sold it.
