Paperback "McGoorty" to (almost) give away....

Hiya guys,

I just finished "McGoorty"...I think I'm one of the few that hadn't read it up til now...and wanted to put it out there for someone to read. The first $4 takes it...just so I can buy the media-mail envelope and pay for Priority Mail shipping.

All in all, it's a good read. 196 pages of interesting storytelling about a poolroom hustler.

Definitely worth $4, I think. I paid $8, including shipping.

I gotta tell the story of this book... I PM'd Rat to see if he still had it and he said "Yes! It's yours!", so I paypal'd him and let it slip from my mind...

But... he was on a trip for work and went crazy trying to find a post office to quickly ship the book off to me... That did not work, so he spent his own money (above and way beyond what I sent) to 2nd day the book to me so that I would have it as quickly as possible.

I am just dumbfounded at Mark's kindness and wanted to give him props for being such a great member of the AZ community. If you have a chance to deal with him, you will find out for yourself.

It was a pleasure. I appreciate you having some patience with me while I'm tooling around the Earth for work. Wish I could've sent it out Monday night...but I'll give a BIG "thanks" to UPS for being relatively close, so I could send it out.

You paid for the book in RECORD time...and then tried to slide more money my way, under the radar....just to cover "additional costs"...so HUGE praise to you, as well.
