I think you mean David Hodges (older cues) or Todd Elkins (newer cues)

It a Parrot Cue. John Parrot????????. There were only 3 cuemaker for Parrot Cue. Charles Fleming [sp?],David Hodges, and now Todd Elkins. Some Parrot Cues are picture on their website http://www.parrotcue.com/shopparrotcues.html

It looks like there are two different cues pictured. One has a dark forearm, the other one a light one. Oh and John Parrot only plays with cues, he doesn´t make them.
