Does anyone know of Patrick Custom Cues out of Cahokia Illinois? If so, what is your opinion about his cues, do you have one, played with one?
Are there any cuemakers besides Jim Buss in the St. Louis area, how about in Illinois?
I've already searched for IL cuemakers, but there's always some that don't get listed, but are pretty good cue makers!

Travis Niklich makes Blackcreek Custom cues out of Redbud, IL.

Verry nice $400.00+ \

Patrick Cues are not high end cues.

I played with a Patrick cue back in 96, but for only 1 tournament. What do you think of the playablity and craftsmanship of Patrick Custom Cues?
Do you have any photos of Travis Niklich/Blackcreek Custom Cues?

The Information I shared with you was given to me by a good player from that area. He is not impressed with the Patrick Cue. But he said he believes the Blackcreek is one of the better Cues from that area. I found the following info on line. I hope this helps.

doug patrick cues

Doug Patrick makes a decent cue but is way overpriced and every one I have had or seen the butt cap was busted. I am not sure he even builds cues any more. I live a couple hours from him and can find out if you would like. I personally don't like Doug Patrick but that is another story. Several years back he built a shaft for me that was supposed to cost $60, for a Viking that wasn't worth much more than that. When I went to pick up the shaft, he had the butt to match the shaft to, he said it would be $100. I had no choice but to pay it as he had the butt also. I can get shafts made from good cue makers for $90- $100 all day long and we were supposed to be buddies. Needless to say I paid $100 for the shaft and had nothing else to do with him since.

Have you seen the Andy Gilbert cues? I think he makes the nicest break jump cue on the market period. He is from Springfield and his number is 417 743 2759. I have one of his six pointed cues if you would like we can get together so you can hit some balls with it. Keep in touch.

P.S. Love to see people in the military playing pool, keep it up.

jerry terbrock

I forgot about Jerry Terbrock from Chesterfield Billiards makes cues. I haven't seen them personally but I hear they are nice cues that play well and are priced right. I don't have the phone #.
