I found an ole Meucci cue in a pawn shop. I have little knowledge about this brand but I thought it might be worth an offer. I have never seen a Meucci with a flat face joint with a 5/16x18 pin before. what vintage is this cue and what is it worth?? it says "The Champ" on the butt cap. No model #. Looks kind of cheap to me.

I have a sneaky suspicion it's worth more than what the pawn-shop owner paid for it which would be slightly more than what he wants for it. Let me know when you find a Southwest at a pawn-shop. In fact, just PM me with the address.

So true, really hard to find "Deals" at pawn shops these days with the introduction of the Blue Book and aid from the Internet.

That being said. I ran into a buddy Sunday that just picked up a really nice Schon, unmarked Predator Break cue (the black ones with the green veneers), a Richard Masters cue (local Cue Maker), Lucasi jump cue and Whitten 3x6 case for $500!!

Pisses me off even more that I was at that same pawn shop the week before.

If its straight, and in decent condition, offer him what ever you are comfortable with.
