PayPal Rules for me in 2strong4u Case!!

Had the same thing happen with me a few months ago. Azer ordered tips & paid through paypal but forgot to mention to me they changed there address from TX to AL. (That's where I mailed the tips to confirmed paypal address)
They filed a claim against me W/O even sending a PM to me. After a little research on my own I decided to call paypal directly, low & behold they sided on my half as the azer never changed there mailing address. I still haven`t gotten a reply from this azer after a PM stating the info. Dead beats are a dime a dozen these days. Enough said

It was a purchase of a pile of Tru Balance cues.
Allegedly, one was missing, the cues were cracked in the handle, and they were badly warped when advertised as straight.
I say PayPal is awesome because they don't have a clue about cues.
The thread got pulled because Brian went absolutely bananas nuclear about the situation.

Uh, those are not ALL of the facts, but unfortunately the Faceboook thread which contained text exchanges between the two parties is gone.
Rest assured, PayPal made the correct decision in this case.
Ah. I don't know anything related to what happened, but I know asking for Paypal justice is akin to asking for a fair trial with ISIS.

Looks like he got doxxed big time. I don't know how I feel about putting ALL his personal stuff out there like that, but it is what it is now I guess. He definitely went completely off the rails with the death threats and such.

The next time someone tries to rip him off, probably.
Many of his previous identities were banned for him just being his charming self, using the same type of dialog shown in that other thread. Not necessarily regarding a cue deal.
I recall him coming after me one time because I was involved in a thread (that had nothing to do with any deal) and we danced a bit. Later he was banned, as he kept going on with others as well. I had seen him act that way in other threads as well. He is simply an internet tough guy. Maybe he is in real life too, and maybe not, but he plays one here on AZB for sure.
One things for sure, just like you, he'll be back.

PayPal Did a Justice this time.. But it did take alot of time to send his text messages to me saying he was going to Rip me Off and Also saying I would take a Return on the cues and him saying he was Not Stopping until he got them FOR FREE!!!..
Just for the record I did send ALL THE CUE'S and even after being accused and insulted offer to send him another one I had for myself.. then gave him Almost Half his $$$$ back etc...
I really have No issues with the guy. I honestly feel sorry for him. He Texted CRAZY MESSAGES for 3 Days.. I don't know about you but, I Don't have time for that..
