Pechauer Tenon Shaft Maple

Hello Experts,
anyone here who know the tenon specs of a Pechauer Standard Maple Shaft ?

Is it 5/16 x 18 with Juma Ferrule ?

Is the Ferrule closed or bored through ?

The shaft is “small black ring, piloted”.
Pechauer Pro Cue, not flat JPS.

Capped and threaded

Uncapped and threaded

Tubed not threaded
