I use this glove dust at work to help with the moisture in high voltage rubber gloves. It works great for wicking away moisture and keeping your hands dry and smooth. It contains lanolin as well.
I generally don't use powder when I'm playing. I only break this stuff out when its really humid inside the bar and your hand gets sticky and doesn't glide smoothly. It lasts quite a bit longer than baby powder and is smoother.
