Phenolic tips - no brand differences?

G10 is basically glass re-enforced phenolic. Really hard on cueballs. IMO white diamond's are the nuts. plenty of ball speed and can still control it.
G10 is a glass/epoxy composite (like FR4 & G11) , absolutly not 'glass re-enforced phenolic'

I cut off my Phenolic tip from McDermott and installed a "Bulletproof" tip. Very cool looking, has a lot of feel, but I've found that I make far fewer balls on the break than I did with the tip that came with the cue. I don't know exactly what my McDermott Sledgehammer came with.
Bulletproof tips spring when hard breaking with a stiff shaft, I tried it for 2 practice and removed it, it's not good for hard breaker, too much lost of energy, I tried a lot and a lot of break tips, I will soon try the hammerhead from Outsville, somme good reviews about that eveywhere.

Just for example check, the different hardness value of different phenolic and epoxy material, 115 and 120 are very very hard, too much.
