Last night at league in Camas, WA, Phil apparently had a massive heart attack and died in the bar we were playing in. Just wanted to spread the word to those posters/lurkers who may have known him in the Portland, OR & Vancouver, WA area. 
As I knew him, he was a friendly, talkative man in his late 40s, early 50s and played a pretty good game of pool. My condolences to his friends and family for their loss.
