Philippine Pool Rooms for Daily Practice?

I am moving to the Philippines in about two months and my wife and I would like to get an apartment close to a major pool room in Manila (or any other major city). I would appreciate any AZ'ers from the Philippines that could tell me the location of the better pool rooms and if there are any apartments available within walking distance. Thank you!

Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City... It's a large prime estate (classy) with shopping malls, offices, and lots of residential condominium run by one of the top developers, Megaworld (check out google). There's a 20-lane bowling & 15-table billiard hall operated by Puyat Sports in one of its malls.
