Bottom line is this: there is a fine line between inspiration and duplication. One can use a desing that is "inspired" by another but the link i posted earlier is a virtual Gina knockoff. Maybe there are minor differences but the primary design and wood cuts are almost the same.
Now I'll be the first to step up and say this: No one man should own the rights to any design. Invention, imagination, and creativity are all things that should be shared with the world.
Still, if Picasso painted a picture that was a near duplicate of a Van Gogh, do you think people would rave about it or call it a knock off?
I know people have there opinions. And we're all entitled to them. I just thikn that Rick and RIchard like to tweak that fine a line a little too much. But that's just me. Believe me, I've read Purdy's arguments and Sheldon's and Joe's and Buddha's. All of you make good points. This just happens to be my opinion.
