does anyone have any pictures of different types of ringwork above the wrap?

Do they always have 2 silver rings sandwiching them?

I wonder if it is possible to add a ring work above the wrap to a full splice cue without cutting it.

I think you are in the wrong section with your question. If you head on over to the "Ask the Cuemaker" section, you will get the answers you are looking for. Also, try doing a search for "full splice cues" in the "cue and case" section. You might see a number of cues with ring work above the wrap, or not.....
