Pork Scratchings here in the UK. I shudder to think of the whole process, but it's basically fried pigskin. I would advise anyone never to get drunk enough to try them. Even for British cuisine, they're poor.
Just for curiosity's sake, what would the result be if you bought some Triangles, sliced them thinly and pressed and glued them together - would it be as bad as it sounds?
