He is out pf Kansas and has been building cues for quite few years so he is far from a new in cue building. Learned from Bob Owen and Dennis Cash but very soon he developed his own style and his shaft taper. Being a great player himself helped him to know how a great cue should hit. His cues are stiff with not much deflection to them. There are more and more players and collectors who started recognizing his work so his waiting list is getting longer and longer every day.
Note: PK cues are in my opinion one of the best playing cues with very stiff hit to them. Stiff but far away from dead. Cody is a great player by himself so he knows how a great cue should hit.
Strongly believe that you can't buy a better playing cue for near this money. And his workmanship is fantastic.
