Plain Palmer value?

My buddy has this old Palmer, 3rd catalog #1. This model started in 1971.
What is the value of it now?
Should I refinish it? gain or lose value?
The shaft is warped.

Or, not worth the money and time to refinish this cue? ( no sentimental value here).

TIA!

I think you throw it on ebay and see who bites.

Not worth the refinish, especially with a warped shaft.

Even 10 or 12 years ago, when people were eating-up Palmers, I don't think it would have been worth it.

$100-$150 cue in my opinion, refinished or not.

piece of imported junk. not from the 70's at all. came after the company was bastardized and brought in imported cues.
