Planning an all-around pool tourney amongst friends

My group of pool-playing friends and I are thinking of holding our own all-around pool championships... I wanted to get input from you all on what games would be good fits for certain tables...

Tables we have available:
7-footer Valley
8-footer
9-footer Diamond Pro
10-footer Brunswick Snooker

Games we'll probably play:
8-Ball
9-Ball
One Pocket
Short Rack Banks
14.1
Rotation
Snooker
either Golf, Three Ball, or Seven Ball

What games would you match with what tables? Obviously snooker on the snooker table, and one pocket on the 9-footer...but what else makes sense? I'm hoping to have two events on each table. Let me know what you think!

That was my initial thought...seems to make good sense I think.
