Do you have to purchase a tour card similar to the viking tour? Or is $50.00 the only fee?

24 players

There were 24 players and Hennessee and Mike Fuller were in the finals. I do not know who won. We know I usually do not stick around after I lose but I did get a respectable 3rd place finish. Fuller had to be beaten twice due to a double hill miscue on the 8 ball by Hennessee for the hotseat. Sorry I don't know the outcome. Probably see you in Athens this weekend.

Fuller told me that he lost. =( Oh well 2nd place is respectable. Was Varner and Strickland in the tourney this time?

Despite the short field here at Play to Win Billiards we had a great tourney. Room owner Robert Ray was a great host. His poolroom is very spacious and accomodating to the players. It is a place where players are treated like players. We really appreciate the hospitality and will be back in the fall for another great tourney. If you are ever in the Raleigh area be sure to stop in and see Robert. He is a very nice guy and likes to shoot himself. Be sure to check it out!!!!

The Great Southern Billiard Tour will be @ Diamond Billiard Club in Chatt., TN July 14-15. Everyone have a safe and Happy 4th!!!

Just kidding. You are right, Robert Ray is a real good guy and definately enjoys playing and promoting our sport. My hat's off to Play-2-Win Billiards and the owner Robert Ray for hosting many tour events in his location.
