Player friendly 9-ball rack?

I was just wondering what you guys think is the most player friendly way to rack 9-ball? I know some like to rack the 2 and 3 behind the 9-ball, but what do you like?

Talking about a rack which gives a breaker an advantage ? Don't know, but I've heard if you put 2-ball in the 4th row and the 3-ball diagonally on the second row, it will statistically give a harder run out for the breaker. With this layout 1-ball and 3-ball will be around the same area and 2-ball in the other end of the table.

I think Mike Sigel introduced this to my knowledge but don't if it was his idea. Never made any research if this layout of balls will make a difference...

I was thinking of racking them so that the run out would be as easy as possible afterwards. Jimmy Reid teaches to rack 'em in reverse order (7/8 behind the 1). He says that you should put the 7/8 behind the 1 to eliminate early combinations on the 9. If you leave a combination because of the rack spreading poorly then, he'll have to get to the 7/8 or it's a freak thing.
