Got the itch and started playing again. It’s like learning how to walk again for the first time. LOL. My Schön arrived today and it feels awesome. Can’t wait to get back in stroke.

As far as your expectations as to how long it might take you to get back your game and what level you can get your game to after a 20 year layoff would be based on two main factors.

Firstly, how good you played before you stopped playing 20 years ago, and secondly, what age are you now? If you quit at 20 and you are now 40, you’ll realistically have more time to get your game back than say if you quit playing at 50 and you are now 70.

Yeah been there. My brain knows what to do, but my arm doesn't remember how to do it. :LOL:
1000 hours of practice and it will remember.

The problem is that something else will prevent full recovery. {I took a 35 year hiatus from playing and there are still things I can't do that I could back in college--even after 10 years back playing}

I’m kinda in the same boat, although I started back about 3 years ago after quiting in the mid 80’s. I think I’m back to where I was then and probably a little better, except for a max draw. For some reason I just can’t draw like I used to.
