Playing and Purchasing in Japan

So I am off to Japan in about a week.
Will be in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto, over 2 weeks time.

Anyone know of pool halls worth visiting while there?

Also a few guys around me requested me to buy some tips and other merchandise while there. Any suggestions on where I can find miscellaneous items and even cues/cases, for sale to general public?

Hi Jon,

I'm in Tokyo, so let me know when you're here.
There are plenty of pool halls around, and tournaments pretty much every day somewhere in town too. I can take you to some shops as well to pick up some goods and accessories if you want.

Will do, thanks! We fly into Tokyo on the 5th, but won't be spending anytime there until last part of trip 13th-18th.
