please help "fair" cue stick

I got a cue stick at a thrift shoppe and I am unable to find any info on it. I don't know anything about cue sticks, but to me this stick looks nice. On the stick it says what I believe to be FAIR...the "I" is actually a cue stick. Does anyone know anything about this stick? It has a nice design...blue and it also has some inlay details. I think the inlay is real silver. Thank you

i am new at pictures my self i will insert pic. and will give you each step
if i can . there is an icon over this box move curser on it text will say
insert image icon has yellow back ground the icon is a picture. after you finish with your text click icon follow instructions. scroll down click
manage attachments a screen will appear click browse that should take
you to your pictures open picture you want to down load click select
after you do it a few times it will get easy johnqbs:anderson sc
