Please help ID this cue

My dad won this in a tournament in the 70's that's all I know about it. no identifying marks that I could see. I took off the butt cap nothing there either. Any insight would be helpful thanks.

Import cue. I had one exactly like it at my house recently. Real veneered forearm, but crummy construction. Not worth a ton aside from sentiment. Might be worth a refinish if you want to keep it.
