It is a reproduction of one of Brunswick's classics, the “Union League”. Most likely an Asian import, if it were a repro done by any of the bigger names in pool it would have their name on the rail cap.

Generic Asian import. These are literallyimported by the container load. Meant to look good in someone's gameroom/den.
