These are generally difficult guessing games.
I have nothing, but ^^^^ may be on to something.
What exactly is the piece made to be? A table top....a shelve? Looks as if it has a milled edge.
Bubinga can grow into a very large tree. Knowing the width of the piece would also help with a determination. (guess)

My guess is based on having a decent amount of veneer that is very similar to that. It's what I used for the door panels for my old truck, and for a laminated cue case.
Great requests for more info. I'm going to make a SWAG that we are looking at a humidor top.
Should have recognized it as possibly that.
