I am playing around with graphics software and support a bad pool habit. Here the results of reading and computer software. I will tell you how to make your own if your interested.

It is like making a flip book development on the computer, create each frame then let the computer stream them together.

Create a layer, duplicate the basic background and draw the animations. Then save as animated GIF.

gimp.org is the site where the software can be found.
Create a new file these are 30 by 30 pixel sizes.

I fillled the white space with green.
I duplicated that layer several times, LAYER->DUPLICATE LAYER.
Then I put a ball on each layer, in a successive sequence as if it were moving.
Save for the filename type "Filename.gif"
A screen prompts you if you want to flatten image or save as animation. Click EXPORT
You can adjust the time between the display of each layer after you click export.
