Pool in the News - Trickshot show for Hurricane relief

According to this article artistic pool champions Mike Massey and Charles Darling will be performing a trick shot show for charity in Hammond, Lousiana this Friday and Saturday. Admission is $10, with all proceeds going to the American Red Cross. They'll also be taking on challenge games for another $10 donation.

I was also impressed to read Mike Massey has already raised over $100,000 for a variety of charities over the last year. To be both that talented and that generous with your talents is inspiring.

shit and I work those days!!!!!!!!!!! I live lil les than a hour away from Hammond.............O well takin half a day off either friday or saturday :)

Haven't you heard of the Asin Bird Flu? Or even SARS? Very nasty stuff apparently, and the early symptoms are just like a mild cold. Here's a good trick - When no-one's looking at the office pull out some nose-hairs with a small pair of tweezers. Do this around 4.30pm in afternoon, if you pull enough you'll be sneezing and tearing up for a good 30 minutes so it looks convincing when you call in sick the next morning ;-)
 
well thing is I wasnt scheduled all week til.....you guessed it......friday thru the weekend. But thanks to great managers and a flexible schedule. I can get half a day on one of these days. Ima do this friday, that way there isnt that many ppl and there would be on a saturday....... :):):), I plan to go, watch, get a autograph, take a pic, and try to play one of htem :):):):)
