Just curious...
How many of you (pool rooms) have a full pro shop- merchandise sales, cue repairs, instructor, etc?
For those of you that do- is it financially beneficial?
For those of you that do not- why not?
If you do not have a pro shop due to financial investment, would it be profitable to the pool room to have a space for a pro shop and out source to a local cue repairman/salesman for a monthly lease or even a commission?
If you already out source it, what does the pro shop offer and what commission are you getting? Profitable or just taking up space?
Thanks,
Zim
