Pool shops in NYC

Hi,

My friend is in New York city this weekend and I've asked him to pick up some Moori tips for me. Trouble is, the store I told him to go to (Minnesota Fats All Fun & Games) has closed down apparently.

Can anybody suggest a pool supplies shop in the centre (he's staying somewhere in midtown area) and can't travel too far.

Hope somebody can help.

Blatt's Billiards is the only true Billiard shop in New York City. It's on Broadway and 12th Street in Greenwich Village. Although they do have a rather extensive display, I would also recommend going to Amsterdam Billiards. Not only do they also have a good pro-shop, they'll also let you hit a few balls with the cues that are for-sale. Amsterdam Billiards is located on Amsterdam Avenue and 76th Street.
