poolroom w/grille?

Does it pay to have the somewhat of a grille installed with your poolroom?
Is it worth the time basically is what i am asking?

I ve learned alot from my friend who owns a room,You want to keep them there as long as possible,so some food,atm machine,ciggs,anything to keep the clock running...we also have rack girls that come in after 8pm,
