Heresay?

During the match one of the commentators accused Omar of manipulating the rack.
Shortly thereafter Kiamco protested. Both were ruled against as Omar continued his
racking after counter protesting Warren's previous pattern racking. Bottomline, they
all pretty much manipulate the rack with few exceptions. I dont really think though that
commentary should ever be accusatory since it is not proper. Just my opinion!

Omar was creating gaps to make the wing ball while breaking from the center. Which helped him totally control the cue ball.

The wing ball doesn't explode into the pocket from that position without manipulation.

Warren was breaking from the side....big difference.

With that said....this totally derailed the normally calm Warren.

It was actually a very interesting chain of events. Warren is not typically lured into drama.

That's not the way i heard it/saw it. Warren continued to make the wing ball after his rack was examined or racked by the ref-Omar couldn't come close to making the wing ball once he was given a proper rack. He changed from where he was breaking in an unsuccessful effort to make it but still couldn't. Warren continued to make the wing ball after his racks were checked breaking the exact same way. The announcers made reference to that being proof as to who had been manipulating the rack illegally and it wasn't Warren.

I had never seen Omar before and there's little to no chance i will ever be a fan.

I agree with you. Once he was confronted about his "rack" he protested vigorously but, after his rack was checked before he broke, he went back to the side break.

I hated to see him fluster Warren because, in his previous matches and prior to "the drama", he was calm, his patterns were good and he was in the zone. He never recovered from the drama and I found him to be quite a gentleman for not raising more cain about the situation created by Omar.

We all know that sharking and racking goes on all the time but I agreed with Jeremy Jones in that this was uncalled for and Warren needed to call on the referee.

Bastrop Davis has been around the pool world for a long time. He knows what to look for to stop the "Manipulation". I say "Thanks", Bastrop.
