I posted earlier about an issue with me not being able to connect via the link on Accu-stats. After talking with Jim at Accu-stats who in turn talked with Dan at Audiovideoweb.com we determined it was a Time Warner Cable issue. After two hours of aggrevation with a couple of Time Warner flunkies I finally talked to a Tier 3 (highest level) tech who fixed the problem in 5 minutes. They had to reset the router and remove a firewall that was blocking the connection. Jim Fredericks at Accu-stats went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate it.
