Pre Signature Richard Black?

Hi all, I have an opportunity to purchase what is being advertised as a pre-signature Richard Black cue. Im not that familiar with older Richard Black cues without signature.
I qas hoping that maybe someone could share some of their knowledge and take a look and share their thoughts.

so is it possibly an early RIchard Black
