Predator BK2 vs BK3 differences

Hi,
Can anybody help me with a review regarding these two cues? What is the difference between them? Is the BK3 that much better the BK2? Are the differences that noticable to pay the extra money? Im looking to purchase one of these cues but i don't know which one to choose. Thanks!
 
buy america. foget that overseas stuff, even though they are high performing, you can get a nice ob or custom made break cue for that kind of money.
 
I have owned Both of them and from what i can tell they are nothing a like. The BK3 Is balanced far better, the hit is SOLID, and the control you have with this cue is unreal for a phenolic tip. I sold my sport grip BK2 and purchased the BK3. I miss the Grip on the BK2 and thats it so I'm completely happy with my purchase. oh and the whole time I owned my BK2 since 2009 I never recommended it to anyone I think its an ok break cue. It was a spur of the moment buy, but this BK3 is far far better and breaks like a Boss.

More front-heavy like mezz?
 
I think both are great. I haven't hit with the BK3 much but it breaks good. I still love my BK2 and think it's hard to beat. The BK3 felt more hollow to me for some reason but it could have been the weight. Both are super sweet so I doubt you'd be disappointed with either. Whatever Predator has done to make this superior line of break cues.....they did it WELL. Hats off to them for that.

My BK3 is getting delivered today from Seyberts. I ordered it with the standard weight of 18 oz. Do you know what weight was in the BK3 that you used?

Also, it looks like Seyberts may have some BK3s in stock. Their website is no longer showing they are out of stock.

Yeah its more forward balanced, its a very accurate cue tip doesn't wonder off like most. and it transfers energy very well with very little vibration. My buddies Mezz i could feel more vibration in it. it didn't bother me much its just some thing i noticed
