Predator break cue pads

Hi,
I have been getting more and more predator break cues with the red pad coming off the shaft with the tip.
The customers are holding me responsible for this and I am at the point where I don’t want to service these cues.
Thoughts?

The Revo shafts use the red silencer, the bk shaft uses the charcoal which I believe is also used on one of the Predator wood shafts.
They are available at Predator, they sell them $10 each, bag of 10 only.
They are not the same as the fiber pads.
It's Business,
If you have to install one, charge accordingly.
If the Customer wants what came off, WARRANTIED,
let them send it to Predator!
I epoxy them only. Anything not leather, gets epoxied in my shop, I warranty the pad after I install it. It's good down to .010 thick before it needs to be changed.

I've repaired a handful of predator shafts recently where the red pad is popping off, I tell my customers up front that I will not replace the tip with the same red pad, and so far all have been happy. No more tips popping off either!

Are you replacing the Silencer, or going Naked?
