The player list for the Las Vegas Open has been here for weeks:

The World 10 Ball site has no press releases posted since 2020 and doesn't even have the latest winners included on their History page:

Unlike the US Pro Billiard Series Las Vegas Open event, World 10-Ball is an invitational, and the field in the last few months has increased from 64 players to 128 players. So that likely means complex allocations of the additional openings to Federations and correspondence and shuffling over recent weeks.
Because World 10-Ball immediately follows the other Las Vegas event on the same tables, I think is is fair to assume JL Chang, the 3 Ko brothers, and other world top players on the first list will play. I think we should also expect no players from China (e.g., Wu). If they (players from China) were coming for World 10-Ball, we would likely see them on the first list.
With the bump to 128 players, there is a significant jump in the prize money
1. $60,000
2. $40,000
3. $20,000
4. $20,000
... down to $1,500 for #32
For a year from now, 2023, there is yet another bump in prize $$ (to quarter million total).
There are 6 spots in that 2023 event that are based on US Pro Billiard Series rankings. A significant thing for players to recognize is these 6 spots go to the TOP 6 WHO ARE NOT OTHERWISE INVITED. Because many in the top tier of the ranking will be otherwise invited, those invitations really are up for grabs for aspiring players who can get to Vegas, Michigan, Ohio, etc...
