Predator Cue`s in smaller length?

My son(8,5year old) need a cue, and I would like to have a cue that are about 125cm(about 49") length.

And if I could buy & use some of my Predator Z2 shaft (with unilock) with matching pool cue I prefer that.

Or someone other suggestions?

Unless you get a custom, I don't know of any short cues with a unilock joint.

McDermott makes a good small cue but I'm sure they would use a 3/8x10 pin.
Action and I think one or two other low end cue makers also have short cues but they use the pin like Meucci I belive.

Teach your 8 year old to play with a full sized cue.
Teach your 5 year old to play with a junior sized cue.

You aren't going to find a Predator Junior cue and I would advise against getting a Predator chopped down, that's just a waste of money. However, Schmelke can probably build a butt for your Predator shaft.

Check with Muellers or with a cue repair man about a changing a the joint on a junior sized cue butt.
