A little back story on why I am selling this gear.

My best friend and I picked up pool together many years ago. We played on various leagues, in various tournaments and just for fun. We played two to three times a week for close to 15 years.

Last year my friend passed away and I have not picked up a cue since. I guess I just do not have any desire to play any more. I waited a year to see if it was just temporary grief or depression over his loss that took the love of the game for me. And maybe it is because I still do not have a desire to play any longer so I don't want to let this gear just sit here collecting dust while I figure out the things that are going on in my life with it not getting any use.

So with that said I am selling my full Predator outfit.

Everything is in top notch condition. I was always pretty OCD and anal about my gear. My cues never left the case with out me first washing my hands and drying them completely. Cues were never left in a car any longer than it took to get to or from the destination we were playing at. Always stored vertically with the case open. Serviced once a league season by predator.

All purchased together in 2018 for nearly $3,800.00 total after tax and shipping charges.

To start I have a Predator LE 526-1 Willie-1. Currently weighted at 20 oz but has the uni lock weight system so can easily be changed to fit buyers needs. With predator joint protector

This is paired with two shafts. first being a Predator 314-3 with a Kamui Clear black super soft tip. With predator Joint protector

Second is a Predator Z-3 S-Tuned with a Kamui Clear black super soft tip. With Predator Join protector

Predator BK-Rush Black Sport Grip break cue. With standard Predator break tip With Predator uni lock joint protectors

Predator Air II Jump cue with standard Predator break/jump tip

Uni Lock Adjustable weight kit.

Joe Porper six cue clamp style cue holder

Last 4 Ever Pro tip tool (Dime radius)

Tip Master 5 in 1 tip tool

Silver bullet pocket chalker with scuffer

JB Ultimate Rugged 3x6 Blue single strap (non back pack style) case.

I really do not want to break this set up so I am asking $1,900.00 F&F or +4% PP fee's. insured and shipped

I will consider breaking it up and selling individually for the right prices but this is not something that I really want to do at all!!!

Sorry that the pictures seem a little out of order. I can take more detailed pictures if requested.

Condolences to you and good luck with sale, buddy.
I appreciate that.

I have had a few PM's regarding splitting it all up. And after thinking this weekend on it more. I really do not want this gear sitting and collecting dust. and I really do not want to split it up

So $2,000.00 for the complete setup insured and shipped in the lower 48.

Seems like good deal, especially with the JB and extra bonus snacks that comes with it.

None of my business, but I have two suggestions:
1. Put your stuff up and wait, and/or
2. Go to the pool hall, shoot, and think about the good times you and your partner shared.
It is still too soon and you are acting on emotion, which you should be, but you should not be selling your outfit based upon a transitory condition. Right now it is a raw wound, but in time it will become a scar. This too shall pass.

If you sell, the time will come when you regret your decision. If I am wrong, you can always sell them in the future. There are thousands of players who took extended times off from pool and then returned -- career and family being the two main reasons. Of those thousands who got rid of their pool equipment, there is not one who does not regret their decision to sell.

Had it been you that died, would you expect your buddy to quit or would you want him to continue.

Any way you go, good luck.

I appreciate your reply and the comments on this but I really feel as if I am done with the game.

My friend and I also used to do a ton of fishing together. Yellow tail, bluefin tuna, yellowfin tuna, rock fish, white seabass...You name it we fished for it and caught it. We were on a boat in the ocean at least twice a month. When he passed we were booked on a couple boats in the near future. I gave up my spot on the first two trips but pretty quickly recovered in that regard. I still had the desire and passion to go fishing and the first trip out some of our other friends came by and dedicated the trip to my buddy. I still go out frequently, once to twice a month and usually more in our "Hot" season.

But with pool I just don't feel the same any more, I cant really explain it other that to say that I just do not feel as if I have any love or passion for the game any longer.

Maybe that will change in the future but I feel indifferent to pool at this point in time. If it changes than I will put another setup together but at this time I really do not think that is going to happen.

Again I do appreciate your response!

I think I understand. It may be that you have had the good fortune to have never gotten really "hooked" on pool. For some of us, pool is a straight up compulsion that never ever leaves us -- it just never quits calling and we feel compelled to respond. Some folks have put the game on the shelf for a while, but then, if they pick it up again, its on just like they never left.

As I said, good luck.
