Does anyone know if this cue has an UV finish or not?

Called Predator but the only thing they would say was send it in.

Any information would be greatly appreciated .

I'm pretty sure it's UV.
What's the rest of the story??

Not confirmed by Predator, but yeah I would be surprised if it was anything but UV clear. I have done partial refinishes on Predator cues and the PPG clear I use did not react in any negative way with Predators finish.

Guy gave me his cue for a new tip, the butt has a couple of chips on the butt sleeve. He does not want to send the cue in for repair just wants the chips filled in so he cannot feel them. I do not know if it is fact for sure but I was told that only UV will work on UV. I have done several small ding repairs with CA that turned out great on other types of finish.

I have used CA to repair small chips in many finishes, including UV ones with no issues
