Predator Ikon 8 2nd Gen butt?

A dealer here is selling a Predator Ikon 8 2nd Gen butt with a regular maple shaft, so no 314.

But he is selling it for less than 300 euros!
I forgot the exact price, but let's take 299. That is 398$.

Is this a good deal?

Personally, I'd say yes. Lowest retail for cue I could find was approx. $1150, subtract $250 for 314-2 shaft and that leaves the cost of the butt at $900. Getting it for $400 seems extremely reasonable.

I'm wondering if there's something wrong or anything, but it looks brand new and everything...

Could it be a fake reproduction or a defected one or something?

I mean sounds too good to be true...
