I picked 1 up because I didn't like the 12.9mm. Too thick for my liking. I'm looking for something in the range of 12.5mm or lower to about 11.85mm. So when the 12.4mm came out I was definitely intrigued. Decided to purchase 1 from Seyberts since they have the Affirm program where you could pay monthly & 1st payment wouldn't be due until I had it for a month.
In all honesty, I didn't have high hopes & figured by the time my 1st payment was due, the cue would've been sold & paid off in full.
Had the cue about 3 1/2 weeks now & really enjoying it. Been making some crazy shots with it that I've never used to make. I pretty much only play 8 ball on Barbox 2 nights a week. One night being a tourney & the other night league. Lots of practice before both & lots of scotch doubles after each night.
Can't really think of any cons at the moment. Many pro's that I've felt are that my position has improved, shot making has improved a tiny bit. Also have severe back, knee & feet issues & well overweight. So sometimes it's not east to maneuver around the table. Was attempting a huge stretch over the table in a very awkward position & the cue actually slipped from both my hands & slammed to floor. Not one bump or ding as advertised.
