The local dealer no longer sells Brunswick tables and has a couple new 8' Gold Crown III they are trying to get $4000 for. They don't have ball return. Is this a decent price or is there some room to haggle?
First of all they are not new. If they are indeed new then they have been sitting in a warehouse for several years and probably need new rubber. Gold Crown IV have been out for a while now. Whenever a pool room goes under they will sell them for anywhere from $1800 to $2500 depending on the condition. This is of course with no equipment, no cloth ( or bad cloth) no warranty, no installation, etc. You get what you pay for here. So if you want everything new, installed, with a free car wash, expect to pay a lot more. If you are more concerned with money get the banged up ones from a pool hall.CamposCues said:The local dealer no longer sells Brunswick tables and has a couple new 8' Gold Crown III they are trying to get $4000 for.
