Hi everyone, just wondering if anybody has ordered this drill book and dvd ? If so, could I get some feedback. Did you like it? Was it informative? Did your game go up a level, and what did you think of the drills.

I have the book only, not the DVD. I got it about 2 weeks ago and have had some time to work with it. So far for me it has more pointed out pieces of my game that I didn't know were as weak as they are. Some of the drills that look "easy" really are not easy on the precision level that is required. So far after about 7 hours of the drills I have noticed my position play tightening up a bit. I feel more precise.

I don't think my percieved skill level has increased yet but I do feel that I am doing some things better. I have not worked with the drills long enough for a large change though either. Overall I am very pleased with the book and the drills outlined. I enjoy the drills and can really see places where my game will improve after mastering some of the drills.

I would recommend buying it.

I ordered it a few weeks ago because of what a previous thread had said about it. I ordered both the book and the dvd. I've only had one chance to work on it for about four hours. The drills are definitely a lot harder than they look. I mainly focused on the first couple of drills where you line up a bunch of balls and shot them straight in. Then after finishing one line, you increase the distance between the cue ball and the object balls.

It defintely improved my aim and stroke a bit. But, I need to spend more time working with it and I think I'll focus on the position drills next time. I would recommend getting the dvd. It's well worth it and it's well done. The camera is positioned at a good angle so that you can see the entire table. They don't go through each drill from start to finish, but you really don't need to. If they did, the dvd would be about 12 hours long :D. They spend just enough time with each drill so that you can set it up right and practice it. Overall, I would recommend it. It was one of my better pool related purchases.

It is by far the most complete, balanced, worth-the-money and revealing instructionmal work to grow up your playing skills. Don't hesitate to use their toll free number to talk it out. Here's the number: 1-888-784-7574

for the $25 or so its worth the money. many of the drills are ones that have been around for years and years, but its nice to have alot of these drills in a well done booklet that you can refer too.

i only have the book, and have gone through some of them a few times, and have ones i work on. however, if i was wealthy i would have bought the Billiards Workbook instead, but at $150 or so its not worth it.
