Serious question, as I am watching India play Holland Amar Kang makes a 6-9 combo to win the game. Since CTE, Pro One leads you to center pocket, how do you line up combos?

Hopefully Stan sees this, as he can explain better, but essentially you can line up the first ball to make the second (as you normally would), and then line up the cue ball to that point on the back side of the first ball as if you were shooting a straight in shot at that angle. If you think about it, you have references you can use to essentially line up as if it were straight in, then just pivot and shoot. There is a brief section in the first DVD on this but just a teaser really, I think there is more coming out in the next one so I don't want to steal his thunder.

I've played with this and it does work pretty well, especially on off-angle shots, can do something very similar with SEE. It allows you to use your same preshot routine and sighting for yet another category of shots.

Combos are iffy and for the most part it's absolutely true that pros generally look to avoid them.

Having said that, there are 2 Pro One related techniques that I present on DVD2 that can be effectively used for combinations.
